Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam melepas dan membebaskan Samirah Muzaffar dan dua remaja atas pertuduhan membunuh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) Cradle Fund Nazrin Hassan, empat tahun lalu. Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Datuk Ab Karim Ab Rahman membuat keputusan itu selepas mendapati pihak pendakwaan gagal menimbulkan kes prima facie di akhir kes pendakwaan terhadap Samirah, 47, dan dua remaja yang berusia 19 dan 16 tahun berkenaan.

Nazrin’s family, however, want efforts to seek justice to continue as there are too many unanswered questions surrounding his death.
